ST GasCompress®

The ST GasCompress facility consist of a combination of steam-driven booster compressor and multi-stage compressors depending on process requirements and pressure of source gas.

Key Benefits

  • Utilizes steam driven booster compressors and multi-stage compressors

  • Includes Condensate System and Condensate Stripper with Steam-Driven Reboiler

  • Utilizes air-cooled or water-cooled heat exchangers

  • Condensate Stripper designed with conventional trays, allowing for increasing capacity through random and structured packing

  • Moderate removal of water content.  Option to integrate with Gas Dehydration Unit to for high water removal rate is recommend.

  • Requires the availability of steam or the installation of a Steam Generation unit

GT GasCompress®

The GT GasCompress is designed to avoid dependence on steam by using natural gas already being processed within the process to provide the driving source for gas turbines and heating media.  This will require the inclusion of a fuel gas sweetening unit and hot oil closed circuit unit.

  • Utilizes gas driven booster compressor and multi-stage compressors

  • Avoids installation of a Steam Generation unit

  • Includes Condensate System and Condensate Stripper using Hot Oil Reboiler.

  • Hot Oil system operated using Waste Heat Recovery Unit (WHRU) utilizing the hot flue gas from Gas Turbines

  • Utilizes air-cooled or water-cooled heat exchangers

  • Condensate Stripper designed with conventional trays, allowing for increasing capacity through random and structured packing.

  • Utilizing gas sweetening unit to provide fuel gas to operate the gas turbines

  • Moderate removal of water content.  Option to integrate with Gas Dehydration Unit to for high water removal rate is recommend.
